Chayote Cotija 4.6.26, A very yummy soup, it was thick rich and creamy. It has a lack of textural variety so the chip garnish is a nice addition, I wish for a bit more. For extra context chayote is a type of mild squash.

Lobster Bisque 3.20.26, First time trying lobster bisque, it was nice on my iritated stomach. Creamy and strong so they didn't give too much, meant to be a slow meal. The garlic bread was a nice addition. Lastly, my pinapple cider wasn't matching the meal but it was aright.

Chashu Tonkatsu Ramen 2.14.26, A monthly staple of mine duing outings with friends. Tonight I had it during a Valentines date this soup is often quite creamy, oily, and rightly seasoned from the tonkatsu broth to the tender pork chashu. This meal was made ever so special as I had it with my love.

Chicken 'Noodle' Batch 9.10.25, This multi-gallon batch was made using vegetables I had been offered after volunteer work. The soup was nice, however, my use of jalapeno overtook much of the flavor and the dry tumerick powder I used gave a dusty flavor to the batch.

Fried Tonkatsu Ramen 8.19.25, I accidentally eviscerated this before the photo. I really enjoyed this meal! Tons of variety in flavors and textures but still cohesive. It was all put together at the last moment to prevent soft bread in the Tonkatsu. Only thing is the rich price tag $30! I got what I paid for.

B.I.G Saimin Soup 7.23.25, I was in Kona visiting family and ordered at Big Island Grill (explains the acronym of the soup). Soup base dashi was alright but char siu pork was too sweet and meat had little flavor. Also included scrambled egg, wonton, shrimp, and green onion. As a final note, I am a fan the resturant. Lots of childhood memories from here.

Hotpot 7.1.25, A Miso Base with thick egg noddles, bok choy, wontons, lotus, and thin beef. It was alright, the subway sandwhich of soup. If it's bad well I did choose it.

Clam Chowder 6.27.25, Super creamy and rich, not much fish flavor but an occasional chunk of what I think is salmon. Good but ocassionally overwhelming in a way I couldn't describe.

Beef & Veggie 6.25.25, Very good flavor, lots of texture from the veggies and the beef has an unworldly tenderness + present flavor.

Wonton soup 3.29.25, from a local pho spot. Lots of great texture due to ingredient variety and cut. Soup is just salty enough, compliments the wontons nicely. Also their Thai tea is nice.
